When I am frustrated I simply do some thinks to recover me.

  • Go to the bathroom take a long bath.
  • Start to draw something, even you don’t know what you are drawing.
  • Takes few deep breath.
  •  Listen to song and poems or what about to watch a good movie alone or with your friends.
